Please carefully review our shipping and delivery policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any purchase you place with us.

Thank you for shopping with Fabby Glamtique. We are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time

We offer Standard shipping 5-7 business days, expedited shipping 1-3 business days, and overnight 1 Day shipping.  Shipping calculator at checkout will provide shipping fee based on your location. *Order Ships Within 24-48 Hours or Sooner (Monday-Friday) * based on our location and time. No Saturday and Sunday Shipping.  

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time will be provided.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays that are beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Fabby Glamtique is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Fabby Glamtique is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Return & Refund Policy – Fabby Glamtique

At Fabby Glamtique, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return policy before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as hair products, beauty products, or intimate items are not eligible for return.

Store Credit

All approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Store credit can be used on any future purchase on our website. 

We will ONLY ISSUE A REFUND if the item purchased is out of stock. In this case, we will notify you by an email of a cancelation of your order. A refund will be automatically issues by your form of payment. Please allow 10 business days for refund to process by your bank. Please note that we will reserve the right to impose a RESTOCK FEE of 20% If we approve your return.

Return Shipping

Returns must be postmark back to Fabby Glamtique.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Fabby Glamtique will not provide returns shipping costs. Every shipping must be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping to return package. Fabby Glamtique will not be reliable for any lost or stolen packages. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or used items

  • Items without tags

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • IMPORTANT NOTE!

  • DUE TO HEALTH RESTRICTIONS AND SANITARY REASONS, WE DO NOT RESELL SWIMSUITS, INTIMATE/ INTIMATE APPAREL, THESE ITEMS WILL BE FINAL SALE (NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL). NO RETURN ON ACCESSORY ITEMS.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

  • Exchanges
    The fastest way to process your return is ensure you return the item in a good manner you received it.

  • As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
